Responsibilities

Collect detailed requirements from construction project stakeholders. Drive client/project requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
Develop As-Is and To-Be process flows related to reporting solutions.
Collect and analyze project management reports and build mockups of solutions for buy-in and overall solution acceptance.
Manage custom development built by a remote US team.
Provide risk, issue, and change management.
Design, customize, and implement high-quality, scalable, and extendable Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
Deliver comprehensible training and training materials to support implementation.
Provide ongoing technical support as needed.
Leverage construction industry best practices.
Provide weekly schedule updates and overall project status as requested by the client.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings to perform the above and other duties as assigned.

Over five years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in Project Controls and/or Project Management.
3-5 years of hands-on development and construction project management information systems (PMIS) implementation.
3-5 years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
Skilled in SDLC and Agile development processes.
Ability to facilitate meetings with individuals and/or groups to gather, understand, and articulate their business needs.
Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into clear potential deliverables.
Strong oral and writing skills to communicate effectively with clients, managers, and technical staff.
